U by Moen is a smart shower system that allows homeowners to control their shower with voice activation, a smartphone app or a control panel. Owners can set timers or specific water temperatures, and pause water flow once it reaches the desired temperature if they aren’t ready to get in yet.

The shower can be configured with two or four outlets, and can support up to six shower heads, including an overhead rain shower, hand shower and four body spray jets.

The DTV+ touchscreen panel can control water, steam, light and music systems, and works with one or two valves so homeowners can control two different water temperatures. The controller stores up to six presets to customize shower settings.

When paired with the new Konnect module, homeowners can control their shower with an app or through voice activation.

American Standard’s Beale MeasureFill faucet features a dial that allows homeowners to set a precise volume of water to dispense. Homeowners can select amounts up to five cups and turn on the flow with a touch.

Touch functionality allows homeowners to turn water on and off with a touch, and a safety feature turns water flow off after five minutes. It also features a side lever for manual operation and a pull-down spray head.

Delta’s new Dorval line of sink and tub faucets combine traditional and industrial design elements in six finishes, including chrome, stainless steel, matte black, champagne bronze, and a champagne bronze and porcelain mix. The collection features cross handle or lever faucets, and includes single-handle, widespread, monoblock, two-handle wall mount, floor and roman configurations.

The collection also features touchless and one-touch operation, DIAMOND™ Seal Technology to prevent leaks and universal valves to allow hardware to be swapped out without changing plumbing.

Kalamazoo’s Arcadia line of modular outdoor kitchen cabinets and refrigerators allows designers to create customized outdoor kitchens for their clients. The cabinets can be configured into a freestanding outdoor island or integrated into other structures.
