Builder Product Spotlight: Landmark Homes

From Fort Collins to Longmont, the Front Range is dotted with communities populated by Landmark Homes. A Colorado company dedicated to working with local partners and community organizations since 2005, Landmark’s primary specialty is building attached homes such as flats, condominiums and townhomes, although they also erect single-family homes in some of the 10 communities in which they build.

Dedicated to providing home buyers at any stage—from first-time buyers to downsizers to right-sizers–with high-quality craftsmanship and well-curated standards, Landmark Homes has earned numerous prestigious awards, including being voted “Best Builder” by the Northern Colorado Homebuilders Association. Indeed, the three products Landmark elected to spotlight illustrate their dedication to providing quality, value-building home construction services.

Supremely solid countertop systems and surfaces

Countertops always get a lot of use, so in lieu of the older laminate standard surface, Landmark offers a sturdier standard in their “Active” communities: countertops made of 3cm quartz or granite in the kitchen and 2cm surfaces in bathrooms and the laundry room. Far more durable than laminate and easier to keep clean, solid countertops add value to any home and are available in several different finishes. What’s more, Landmark homes with solid countertops receive automatic upgrades to undermount sinks in kitchen and bathrooms.

Showstopping Blanco composite sinks

Composed of silgranit, a finely ground granite mixed with acrylic, Blanco makes composite sinks that add an elegantly functional and beautifully formed statement to any kitchen. Extremely durable, heat- and scratch-resistant as well as non-porous, these deep, large bowls are easy to clean and maintain. A standard in certain Landmark communities, Blanco sinks are available as upgrades in others.

Solid to the core doors

With the exception of closets, Landmark Homes uses solid core doors in every room of the home. In addition to providing greater insulation and soundproofing, they’re also less likely to warp or bend over time. Specific styles vary by community, but the engineered wood core and natural wood veneer doors are always painted in the same color of the home’s trim, serving as a stunning accent.
