Sopher Sparn Architects, located in Boulder and Denver, recently announced Erin Bagnall as a new owner and Principal.

Bagnall’s colleagues note she is passionate about creating community through intentional and thoughtful design practices.

“I enjoy working closely with clients and contractors through all aspects of the design and building process,” Bagnall said. “Successful projects grow with great teams that work iteratively throughout design programming and implementation.”

She added, “I love finding solutions that make sense for communities and clients while supporting a sustainable and enduring built environment within our local Colorado market.”

Bagnall is a licensed architect with more than 20 years of experience in affordable housing, co-housing, multifamily residential, commercial mixed use, custom residential homes and large master plans.

She earned an undergraduate degree from University of Virginia School of Architecture and completed her Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado.

Bagnall has been with Sopher Sparn for 17 years. As a new partner, Bagnall’s role in operations, finance and business development will continue to expand.

Adrian Sopher, Partner and Principal Architect, notes he and Stephen Sparn “are very excited to have Erin as our partner and look forward to the firm’s evolution and growth under this expanded leadership.”
