Denver-based barn door hardware manufacturer Goldberg Brothers has consolidated its manufacturing facility and headquarters in a new location in Littleton, the company announced in January.
Previously, Goldberg Brothers maintained an auxiliary location in Golden, in addition to its headquarters in Stapleton. The move also gave Goldberg an additional 15,000 square feet of factory floor space, as well as additional office space that will be leased out to other businesses.
“We are thrilled to have a building that we own and can grow in,” President John Golesh said in a statement. “This a great opportunity for us to set the course for our company’s future while remaining in the Denver area where our business began.”
Along with the new location, the 121-year-old company also invested in a new semi-automated powder coating line to wash and paint its hardware. Golesh estimates the investment will provide a 30% boost in efficiency and a 15% reduction in energy consumption.
