Painted Prairie Named the National Community of the Year

Painted Prairie has been named the National Community of the Year, one of seven awards conferred upon it by the National Association of Home Builders.

Last year, Painted Prairie took top honors as Community of the Year at the Denver Marketing and Merchandising Excellence Awards ceremony.

The neo-traditional master planned community featuring eight world-class builders also took Gold for Best Landscape of a Community and Best Signage as well as four Silver Awards for Best Brochure, Best Realtor/Broker Program, Best Special Promotion (Event Series) and Best Use of Technology for its app.

Chris Fellows, president of Painted Prairie, notes his company enters each of its builder partnerships with integrity, trust and purpose.

“In the end, we are building places where people are free to create a future for themselves and their families. When developers and builders share a collective vision for a community, focusing on the humans who will live there, it frames every discussion, negotiation and outcome for the neighborhood,” he said.

“We are extremely honored and humbled to be named Community of the Year and to bring this best-in-class community to the city of Aurora and the state of Colorado for our current and future residents,” Fellows added.
